"Ongoing rehab is needed to keep the two facilities located at 777 E Waterman well maintained. Some componants in each building have useful lifes that are less than the useful life of the building. Examples are vehicle washes, vehicles lifts, floors, overhead doors, roofing, etc. One building was built in 1999 and the other in 2010. Useful life is 40 years but expected to be longer if the building and componants are well maintained.
The Transit Center at 214 S Topeka was built in 1993 and has a 40 year useful life. It is at half it's useful life. Building needs rehab and major maintenance on the interior and exterior to continue to be in good working condition for it's remaining useful life and beyond."
